About the Internship
This internship is designed for students and recent graduates interested in the intersection of law, artificial intelligence, drone technology, digital forensics and legal investigation. Selected interns will work on research oriented assignments involving the legal and forensic aspects of drone operations, AI assisted investigation, digital evidence and emerging technology.

Key Areas of Work
Legal research relating to drones and unmanned aircraft systems
Drone law and regulatory frameworks
AI assisted legal and forensic research
Drone evidence and digital evidence
Drone incident and accident investigation
Analysis of drone imagery, video and metadata from lawfully obtained sources
Digital forensics and evidentiary considerations
Chain of custody and admissibility of electronic evidence
Privacy, surveillance and data protection issues relating to drones
Cyber law and technology law
Research on AI applications in forensic investigation
Preparation of legal research notes, forensic research reports and analytical briefs

Who Can Apply
Law students and recent law graduates with an interest in Legal AI, drone law, digital forensics, cyber law, technology law or legal investigation are encouraged to apply.
Students from technology, computer science, cybersecurity, digital forensics or related disciplines with an interest in the legal aspects of emerging technologies may also apply.
Candidates should have good research, analytical and writing skills and an interest in emerging technologies.
Prior experience with drones, AI tools or digital forensics is beneficial but not mandatory.

Important Information
This is an unpaid internship. Applicants should apply only if they are comfortable with the unpaid nature of the internship. Only 5 interns will be selected for the November 2026 cohort.
